Terms of Use

1. Use of the Platform

ViaVetter is a platform that enables users to create roles, receive applications, and conduct automated screening and interview workflows.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. User Content

You may submit or collect content including job postings, applications, candidate information, photos, and interview responses.

You are responsible for ensuring:

• you have the right to collect and use such data
• your use complies with applicable privacy and employment laws

We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to host, process, and display it for the purpose of operating the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the platform for unlawful, discriminatory, or abusive purposes
• submit false, misleading, or harmful content
• attempt to access or disrupt systems without authorization
• use the platform to spam or harass individuals

5. Billing, Free Trial and Cancellation

Free trial. New organizations may start a 30-day free trial. No payment method is required to start, and the trial does not convert to a paid plan automatically — we will never charge you without you first entering payment details and choosing a plan. The trial includes one project, up to 100 applications, and 20 evaluations, with all premium features enabled. When the 30 days end, or when an included limit is reached, we may restrict the organization to view-only access: your existing data stays available to read and export, and creating new evaluations requires a paid plan.

Paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance for the billing interval you select — monthly or annual — and renew automatically at the then-current price for the same interval until cancelled. Fees are charged according to your selected plan, and the usage limits defined for that plan apply. Prices are listed in US dollars; your payment provider may display a local-currency equivalent at checkout and may apply its own conversion rate.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Billing in your dashboard, which opens our payment provider's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Organizations on a custom or negotiated enterprise agreement cancel under the terms of that agreement — contact us and we will process the cancellation for you.

After cancellation. Your organization is moved off the paid plan and back to free access at the free tier's limits. Your data is not deleted when you cancel, and remains available to read and export for at least 30 days so you can retrieve it.

Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise in writing.

Price changes. We may modify pricing with reasonable notice. A price change takes effect at your next renewal, never mid-period.

6. Platform Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may:

• update features
• modify functionality
• perform maintenance

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matvan Inc. is not liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of data or business
• decisions made based on platform output

The platform is provided "as is".

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

You may stop using the platform at any time.

Cancelling a paid subscription is covered in Section 5.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
